Orders shipping ground TYPICALLY ship within 1 to 3 business days if the merchandise is in stock. We stock 98% of all merchandise represented on this site. Orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Please note that we are a brick and mortar store as well and retail purchases can account for some merchandise being out of stock, especially during sales or football season. Once an order is placed, you may call and verify stock or you may put a "Need By Date" in your Special Instructions at check-out. Any questions can be answered via email emccbookstore@eastms.edu or by telephone (662-476-5728) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. **INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customs/tariff fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We make no guarantee on shipping times for international packages.

General Bookstore Refund Policy

ALL REFUNDS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL INTACT RECEIPT. Bank or credit card statements will not be accepted and we cannot look up past transaction information.

Clothing must be returned in new, saleable condition with original tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited in the manner in which paid (exceptions: gift cards and gift certificates will be refunded as store credit). Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any product.  

The following items are NON RETURNABLE: Opened shrink-wrap or blistered packaging, custom items, software, computer-related products, gift cards, and sale items.

Online Order Refund Policy

All online purchases are subject to the regular guidelines above.  The date the order was processed will be considered the purchase date for return purposes.  The shipping fee is nonrefundable.

Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to emccbookstore@eastms.edu.  Please address the subject matter as Online Orders and include your order number and name. Await confirmation before returning item.

IMPORTANT: Picking up online purchases is the customer's responsibility.  Orders will be re-shelved 2 weeks from processing date, refunds will not be given.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.  The EMCC Bookstore is not responsible for returned merchandise that was lost or damaged during shipping.  The best way to return merchandise is to ship it through an insured carrier (UPS or Fed-Ex).
